What we collect

We collect the information you give us when you create an account (your name and email address), the content you add to your workspace (customers, notes, alerts), and basic usage data needed to run the service.

Analytics we collect for you

When you add the Orbit tracking snippet to your website, we record page paths, referring sites and a random visitor identifier stored in the visitor's browser. We do not set cookies, and we do not collect names, email addresses or form contents from your visitors.

How we use information

To provide and secure the service
To send account emails such as password resets and invites
To send the product updates and reports you have switched on

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with the providers that help us run the service, such as hosting, email and payment processing.

Your choices

You can export your customers as a CSV file at any time and delete your account from the settings page. Deleting your account removes your workspace data.
