Using the service

By creating an account you agree to these terms. You are responsible for the activity in your workspace and for keeping your password and API keys safe.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to attack or overload it, or to collect information about people without a lawful basis.

Plans and payment

Paid plans renew until cancelled. You can change or cancel your plan from the billing screen. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

Your data

You own the data you put into Orbit. We keep it only to provide the service, and you can export or delete it at any time.

Availability

We work to keep the service running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error free.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you before it takes effect.
